Standards and Certification:

• Fire rated spring hinges, with no need for a door closer.
• The 102mm x 75mm and 88mm x 88mm are fire tested to EN1634-1 and suitable for 1/2 hour fire doors.
• The 102mm x 102mm are fi re tested to EN1634-1 and suitable for 1 hour fire doors.

• 2 spring hinge pack comprises 2 sprung hinges. These are for 44mm 1/2 hour fire doors
• 3 spring hinge pack comprises 2 sprung hinges and 1 slave hinge . These are for 54mm 1 hour fire doors.
• The 102mm x 75mm & 88mm x 88mm are suitable for doors up to 38kgs in weight
• The 102mm x 102mm are suitable for doors up to 60kgs in weight
• Supplied with Allen Key for adjustment of spring tension (with use of locking pin)
• The 88mm x 88mm hinge is template drilled with 3 holes
• The 102mm x 76mm is congruent drilled with 4 holes
• The 102mm x 102mm is template drilled with 4 holes
