When choosing a supplier for locks and keys etc it is important that the product you choose is in stock and ready to be shipped as soon as you place your order.

We endeavour to keep over 98% of all products shown in stock ready for next day despatch to your premises. Where demand has taken us out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative product where possible, or with your permission, we will place the product on back order and give you a specific delivery time.

Special orders (i.e. products that are not listed) can be done through the technical help line. Customer specific requests will be given a lead time with each quotation (again please contact the technical help line if you do not see the product that you want).
